As a Physician of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, I rely on Patriot Homecare for my skilled nursing assessments, executing wound care orders, physical/speech/occupational therapy, medical social work needs nearly exclusively. Their courteous, timely, and kind expertise can not be matched. i can not recommend them any higher, thank you Patriot!

Anne, my at-home PT right after my knee surgery, was awesome. She was very professional, caring and friendly and explained everything very well. She definitely helped me feel more confident getting around the house and upstairs. I would highly recommend Patriot.
Wonderful people. I’m going to miss them when they stop coming by. They helped me when I needed it most. They have a way to pick you up when you just wanted to be left alone. I know they had warm smiles under their masks. I could feel them. Sensitive caring and professional people. I’m glad they came into my life. I’ll think of them often.
My husband had knee surgery and Patriot was wonderful to deal with! They were professional and friendly. They called to set up appointments and were prompt in their arrivals. They are caring individuals and we really appreciate all that they helped us with. Thank you for what you do!
The physical therapist have helped me so much to get a little bit back on my feet and somehow I have a like some normalcy in my life I really appreciate that they’re very professional and caring and stay on task.
I do recommend this home care I had another one and I thought I was doing good but after having patriot coming to my home I sure was missing a lot.
Brynn was my PT following knee replacement. She was always on time. She has a great personality and thorough knowledge of what I needed to begin recovery and healing. I started inpatient PT today and the PT there said she did everything right for my 2 and 3rd weeks post op. Thanks for your help.
I am in my 60’s and a nurse. I developed serious mobility issues. Sean became my physical therapist and changed my life. In his quiet, competant way, he made me realize that I could do things that I thought were beyond my expectations. He went along at my speed, but always inched me forward and challenged me. I can now do things I never dreamed that I could do. I will be forever thankful to him and the rest of the team at Patriot for all their care.

Definitely deserves 5 stars! If I could give more stars I would! The physical therapy I received on my knee has enabled me to walk normally, and I haven’t been able to do that for years! The exercises were painful at times, but it was so worth it! I can bend my knee! Thank you to Kent for explaining exactly what was going on inside my knee and why it is important to keep up with the exercises, and for motivating me to keep moving.
They were the best homecare I’ve ever dealt with…from the nurses to Aaron, my physical therapist who got me moving..I appreciate and applaud all their care and concern..thank you!!
Patriot Homecare has excellent therapists that are willing to go the extra step to help their patients. I have experience with them both personally and professionally. The owners are always just a phone call away and willing to help, in any way they can.

Patriot has been there for both of my parents in their times of need. I live out of town, and I can’t express the peace it gives me to know someone is looking in on my dad and helping in his recovery. Holly has been vigilant, friendly, knowledgeable, and concerned, while Alyssa has been helpful, kind, and efficient.
We have used Patriot 4 times in the past 4 years and couldn’t be more pleased with the care they have given. The office staff, nurses and therapists are knowledgeable in all areas from insurance to therapy protocols and everything in between and ALWAYS put their patients and families first. The therapists are patient, kind, compassionate yet push the patient to get the most from their therapy sessions. Currently, Aaron is our physical therapist for a shoulder replacement and he has been fantastic. I would highly recommend Patriot Home Care to anyone that needs peace of mind when it comes to the skilled therapy and care of their loved one.
